Austin Stephens - REALTOR®, Associate Broker

Austin has been in real estate sales for over 6 years - all in this area, and all with CENTURY 21 Brenda Brock & Associates.  Because of this, and the fact that he has lived in our community all his life, Austin is perfectly qualified to provide the experience and expertise you need in today's local real estate market.  He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, the Bartow Area Board of REALTORS®, and the Gordon Board of REALTORS®.

Julie Stephens - REALTOR®, Salesperson, Administrative/Marketing Assistant 

Julie is a retired teacher with 28 years experience in the Bartow County, Gordon County, and Calhoun City School systems.  She was "Teacher of the Year" for Calhoun City Schools in 2003-2004  and was chosen as Georgia's 2004 "Media Specialist of the Year."  Having lived in this area for over 25 years, Julie is an active member of our community, and is on the board of directors for the Calhoun/Gordon County Council for a Literate Community.  

Julie is an active real estate licensee with CENTURY 21 Brenda Brock & Associates, and is employed full-time by Austin Stephens. She brings her organizational skills, strong work ethic, and creativity to our team.

 

 

 

 

Brenda Brock, Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Brenda Brock and Associates, opened her first real estate office in Calhoun in 1986.  In the year 1999 she opened an office in Adairsville, taking advantage of the blooming Adairsville market.  Before beginning her real estate career, Brenda was a practicing paralegal.  Brenda and her husband Howard have lived and worked in this area all their lives and have a respected network of friends, family, and clients.

The Adairsville office of CENTURY 21 Brenda Brock and Associates is located at 5827 Joe Frank Harris Parkway (US41).  To get to our office, take exit #306 on I75 and go west on GA140.  At the intersection with US41 go south about 1/2 mile to the office on your right.  We invite you to stop in anytime and visit, and let us help you with any of your real estate needs.
